Personal Growth Through Life Coaching Services

Lauren offers life coaching services for women who are ready to explore what’s next in their personal or professional lives. Her clients often describe feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the path ahead, whether due to burnout, relationship changes, or questions about identity. Lauren meets each woman with curiosity and care, guiding them to clarify their values, release perfectionism, and take action that aligns with their goals. Through reflective dialogue and strategic planning, Lauren helps women build the self-awareness and confidence needed to make meaningful shifts in their lives.

Unlike formulaic coaching models, Lauren tailors each session to the individual, creating a coaching experience that feels relevant, affirming, and sustainable. Whether a woman is considering a career change, navigating a breakup, or simply longing to feel more connected to herself, Lauren’s coaching sessions provide the tools and support to make progress with intention.

Support for Modern Parents: Parenting Coaching and Parental Coaching

Parenting is rarely linear, and Lauren’s parental coaching sessions are designed to support parents through all stages of the journey. From the early days of adjusting to life with a newborn to managing the ongoing emotional demands of raising children, Lauren helps parents prioritize their mental well-being while caring for their families. She holds advanced training in sleep (for both children and adults) and has studied the Science of Well-Being for Parents at Yale.

Lauren’s work is particularly impactful for mothers juggling caregiving with careers. She guides parents in setting boundaries both at work and at home, reducing guilt, and building strong support systems. Drawing from her expertise in maternal mental health and gender equity, Lauren also facilitates psychoeducational support groups for parents, offering a space to connect with others, explore identity, and share strategies that promote wellness and resilience.

Through this coaching, Lauren helps parents normalize the challenges they face, develop confidence in their decisions, and reclaim time and energy for themselves.

Reclaiming Identity with Career Coaching for Women

Returning to work after a break or pivoting toward a new path can feel daunting. Career coaching is designed to help women step into their next chapter with clarity and courage. Whether it’s rewriting a résumé, preparing for an interview, negotiating a raise or flexibility or other benefits, or defining what success looks like today, Lauren meets each woman where she is and provides actionable tools to help her move forward.

She works with women at various professional stages, including those at the beginning of their career as a helping professional, re-entering the paid workforce after caregiving, exploring entrepreneurship, or managing toxic work environments. Lauren’s experience as both a mental health provider and a former attorney allows her to offer support that is both emotionally attuned and strategically sound.

Clients working with Lauren for career coaching often describe feeling more confident, aligned, and empowered to make decisions that reflect their values, not just their obligations.

Bridging the Divide Between Motherhood and Working

The intersection of motherhood and work-life can be emotionally complex and logistically overwhelming. Lauren works with mothers to navigate these challenges without sacrificing their well-being. She helps women examine the invisible labor they carry, reassess unrealistic expectations, and create a more balanced dynamic at home and in the workplace.

Through her work as a certified Fair Play facilitator, Lauren supports mothers in creating equitable partnerships, setting boundaries, and advocating for flexibility in their workplaces. She also works directly with companies to build cultures that honor the intersectionality of mothers and their careers –  not as a barrier to productivity, but as a strength to be supported and celebrated.

From group coaching for lawyer moms to consulting with organizations on parental leave policies or maternal mental health, Lauren is deeply committed to reshaping the conversation around being a mom and professional growth. Her clients leave with more than coping strategies; they gain a sense of validation, community, and renewed purpose.

Consulting with Purpose: A Counselor Who Understands Systems and Individuals

While Lauren’s coaching is distinct from clinical therapy, her work as a therapist continues to inform the thoughtful, trauma-informed lens she brings to all her services. Her background allows her to support not only individuals but also organizations that want to create inclusive, mentally healthy work environments.

Through speaking engagements, corporate trainings, and strategic consulting, Lauren helps employers improve employee well-being, foster diversity and inclusion, and retain caregiving talent. She has partnered with startups, media companies, and law firms to develop wellness programs that reflect the needs of real people, especially women managing multiple roles.

Lauren understands that systemic change starts with individual advocacy. Whether working with HR leaders or executive teams, she helps shape policies that support mental health, encourage mentorship and community, and reduce burnout across the board.

Whether you’re seeking clarity about your career, support in your parenting, or guidance through a life transition including peri/menopause, Lauren’s coaching and consulting services offer a trusted space to pause, reflect, and plan your next step. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own — Lauren is here to walk with you.

Let’s connect and start building the future you deserve.
