Corporate Workshops & Community Events
Lauren’s work is rooted in a mission to support women and families not just through therapy and coaching, but also by showing up where connection and community matter most. Her corporate workshops and community events are extensions of this commitment, designed to educate, empower, and foster dialogue around reproductive mental health, career development, and inclusive workplace culture. Whether she’s leading a keynote on parental burnout or co-hosting a community fundraiser for postpartum care, Lauren brings deep insight, warmth, and approachability to every room she enters.

A Women-Centered Approach to Corporate Engagement
Lauren partners with a wide range of organizations — from law firms and healthcare networks to creative agencies and nonprofits — to offer customized programming around topics that impact women and parents. Her workshops are known for blending clinical expertise with relatable storytelling, making them both informative and engaging.
As a women’s health consultant, Lauren creates space for honest conversations around burnout, identity shifts, and the dual demands of work and home. She helps employers explore how inclusive policies and everyday interactions can better support their team members, especially working moms. From gender equity trainings shaped by the Fair Play Method to maternal mental health or menopause educational briefings for leadership teams, Lauren ensures that corporate conversations are rooted in compassion and action.
Her sessions always include practical takeaways, including strategies to foster a culture of support, improve communication, and reduce isolation at work. Lauren has worked with household names like PepsiCo, Spotify, and Skadden. She has also led events for smaller community-based organizations who are equally passionate about creating meaningful impact.
Creating Space for Community and Connection
Lauren believes that community care is an essential part of wellness for women, and that healing and growth can happen outside of clinical settings. Through community wellness events, women’s networking groups, and peer support panels, Lauren brings people together in ways that foster a sense of belonging and connection.
These events — whether hosted in collaboration with lifestyle brands, wellness centers, or local nonprofits — are tailored to real-life challenges: the mental load of parenting, the identity shifts of new motherhood, the quiet grief of miscarriage or menopause, and the struggle to balance ambition with care responsibilities. As a mental health advocate, Lauren approaches each event with sensitivity, humility, and the goal of making women’s health resources more accessible.
From moderating panels with other maternal health experts to co-creating pop-ups with women-led companies like Veronica Beard and Hatch, Lauren ensures that every gathering centers the voices and needs of women. She’s particularly passionate about uplifting mothers of color, single moms, and refugee families, and regularly partners with organizations that prioritize equity and care access.

Thoughtful, Inclusive Speaking Engagements
Lauren is a sought-after speaker known for delivering meaningful presentations that resonate across industries. Whether she’s addressing an audience of lawyers, healthcare workers, educators, or entrepreneurs, Lauren brings her unique background as a therapist, lawyer, and mother to every keynote and panel discussion.
As a women’s mental health expert, she’s invited to discuss everything from postpartum transitions and perimenopause to emotional labor, caregiver burnout, and sustainable self-care. Attendees often leave feeling not just informed, but also genuinely seen and supported.
Lauren has spoken at national conferences, private leadership retreats, and events for local school districts. Her ability to shift tone for different audiences while staying grounded in research and storytelling has made her a favorite among event organizers. Her talks often spark ongoing conversations in companies and communities, helping people reevaluate how they show up for themselves and each other.

Grassroots Advocacy and Service
Community service is not a side project for Lauren — it’s a core part of her identity. She serves on the boards of Moms for Moms and the New York chapter of Postpartum Support International, where she helps advocate for policy changes, distributes postpartum care packages, and builds infrastructure for maternal mental health support in underserved areas.
Lauren is also active in local service efforts, often leading initiatives through her children’s schools and neighborhood coalitions. From chairing voter registration campaigns to organizing donation drives for refugee families, she integrates service into every season of her life. As a women’s therapist and parent herself, she deeply understands the power of community support systems, especially during life transitions when women are most vulnerable.
This passion carries through to her events, where fundraising, awareness, and advocacy often go hand in hand. Whether she’s headlining a panel on reproductive rights or helping a nonprofit improve mental health access for BIPOC moms, Lauren brings intention and integrity to her advocacy work.
Partnering with Lauren: Making an Impact Together
Organizations, communities, and individuals partner with Lauren not just because she’s experienced and credentialed, but also because she’s authentically human. She listens, adapts, and brings warmth into every room. Her workshops aren’t one-size-fits-all; they’re built around the real needs and goals of each partner. And her events aren’t performative; they’re grounded in healing, honesty, and connection.
For those looking to collaborate — whether it’s through a one-time keynote, ongoing training series, or community-driven initiative — Lauren brings a rare blend of professionalism and empathy. As a mental health professional and a lifelong advocate for women, she helps create environments where women’s voices are heard, where self-care is taken seriously, and where change feels possible.
If you’re seeking a speaker, facilitator, or community builder who understands the complexities of mental health, motherhood, and being a working woman in addition to how to bring people together to learn, bond, and grow, Lauren will help move the conversation forward.
