Meet Lauren Tetenbaum, LCSW, JD, PMH-C, @thecounselaur, a local mom, therapist, writer, and advocate for women. Lauren specializes in supporting women’s mental health during life transitions, including the perinatal and perimenopause phases. A former lawyer herself, Lauren works with many women navigating identity shifts in connection to career, family, or otherwise. She’s also an author, whose book “Millennial Menopause: Preparing for Perimenopause, Menopause, and Life’s Next Period” will be published in July.
