Sid Jacobson JCC Millennial Menopause Event Announcement
September 14, 2026
It’s Time to Talk About the Change No One Talks About Enough.
Menopause is universal, yet it’s still surrounded by confusion, misinformation, and stigma. This candid conversation brings together Lauren Tetenbaum, psychotherapist, author and advocate; Dr. Katie Rowan, peri/menopause specialist; and Michelle Jacobs, co-founder of Womaness, to change that.
Together, they’ll tackle the questions women are actually asking about perimenopause and menopause, separate fact from fiction, and share practical insight for approaching this stage of life with greater knowledge and confidence.
Why You Should Attend:
• Hear multiple perspectives spanning medical expertise, advocacy, and lived experience
• Get answers to questions that aren’t always easy to ask
• Cut through conflicting information and common menopause myths
• Gain practical knowledge to better advocate for yourself
• Be part of an open conversation that helps make menopause less taboo
Less Stigma. More Answers. A Better Way Through Menopause.
Leave feeling informed, empowered, and more confident about what’s ahead.
