The Perimenopause Summit 2026
September 16, 2026
Women tell me this every week: “I don’t recognize myself.” Then they share the details. Yelling at the kids. A new flavor of anxiety they don’t recognize. Tears they can’t control.
Almost none of them know they’re in perimenopause. We were never taught. And when it finally gets named as hormonal, often though not always, what comes next is relief. Nothing is fixed yet. They just have a name for it.
I recorded a session about all of it for the 2026 Perimenopause Summit, an online event running September 21 to 24. We get into rage, grief, boundaries, work, and where joy fits when you’re stretched thin.
There’s a sleep psychiatrist on the schedule too, a pelvic health physio, a strength coach for women in midlife. Your free ticket covers every session, each one open to watch for 24 hours after it airs.
I wrote MILLENNIAL MENOPAUSE so our generation would see this coming. Same mission here, with 23 speakers behind it.
